Young Love//Recover
Usually I stay away from bands. With so many good producers out there doing their own shit It’s sometimes hard to get into a band that’s just playing some raggedy ole shit. I change my mind often though like when I revisited that Pantera shit a couple posts ago. Today I changed my mind again. I had the opportunity to watch two bands practice earlier today off at the york stop in dumbo (down under the manhattan bridge overpass). Them fools killed it. Granted both bands had a lot of the same members the first ‘band’ was from our humble surroundings of Austin and damn was Recover good. They are playing in New York for the CMJs:

Their second group was called young blood. I’m going to try to get an interview with them before I leave new york but you should check them out and take some time to let it all set in.
Man, a lot of really comfortable pockets. Like you could just slip your hand in and go to sleep banging your head againist the sonic perimeter. I most awesomely loved it. I’ll get exclusives and shit and repost this cause I’m beat I must sleep. talk soon. toddles.
