Touch Grind Remixed
This post is a bit premature. I was intending to post this once I finish my ‘skate video’ but it’s taking me to damn long. So instead I’ll show you what I’m working with here. For those of you that don’t have an iphone, maybe this will persuade you. There’s an application called Touch Grind that has made me an even bigger dork than I already am. Here’s the Trailer…..
I’ve gotten pretty good at it, hence my wish to make a video, but I wanted more. Using some Cyber Duck and Photoshop I managed my into the applications file system to see what i could modify. Turns out, with a simple text editor, one can change just about anything in the application, so what was my first instinct….that’s right make my own custom boards. I did this because I didn’t have the latest version which allows you to change the graphics on the bottom of the skateboards, plus the board editor in the latest version doesn’t allow you to change the grip tape. Graphics on the bottom of the board just didn’t satisfy me so this is what I came up with:
